PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for frozen dessert food production capable of preventing leakage of the raw materials of frozen dessert food in a carburetor tube. SOLUTION: In this apparatus for frozen dessert food production communicating with a carburetor tube 90 of double pipe structure composed of an inner tube 92 and an outer tube 91 equipped with a hole 10 and a hole 9c which are coincident in a gap between a raw material tank 8 and a freezer barrel 1 at a cooling position and pass the raw materials 24 of frozen dessert food, respectively, the inner tube 92 is inserted into the outer tube 91 in such a way that the inner tube is inserted rotatably relatively to the outer tube and slidably in the vertical direction, the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 91 and the inner peripheral surface of an outlet vertical tube 8a extending downward from the raw material tank 8 form the same or approximately the same surface, and a pair of O rings 95 and 96 are arranged at the circumference of the inner tube 92 so that the inner tube 92 is positioned at the upper and lower parts of the hole 10 of the outer tube 91 at a heat sterilization position slid upward from the cooling position.
