PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester designed to prevent a discharge auger from being damaged or house it at its proper position through automatically letting a turning brake (37) off in moving the machine body or housing the discharge auger (18). SOLUTION: This combine harvester is designed to turn a discharge auger (18) for extracting grains from a rain tank (11) and have a turning brake (37) for restraining turning the discharge auger (18); wherein it is characteristic to automatically make the control of letting the turning brake (37) on when grains are being discharged on letting an auger clutch (41) on following suspending turning the discharge auger (18).
