PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter clogging failure by improving removing efficiency of a foreign matter. SOLUTION: A mold structure capable of temporarily reserving injection air is made by providing an air chamber on an upper mold of a punched metal mold. Consequently, it becomes possible to constantly keep pressure of the high pressure injection air uniform. Additionally, it is possible to restrain dispersion of air pressure for each of the punches even in the case of arranging a large number of the punches. Accordingly, it is possible to uniform a removing effect of extracted foreign matters, to remarkably improve extracted foreign matter removing efficiency and to prevent the foreign matter clogging failure of a green sheet even in the case of drilling a material laminating a film on the thin plate green sheet.
