PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member which can readily be pressed down along a house pipe. SOLUTION: In this joint member 5 in the present invention, a wedge member 60 for fixing slide members 50 and 500 has a recessed part 62 at a halfway of an opposite part 61 opposed to a house pipe 80 and either one of protruded parts 61a and 61b on both sides of the recessed part 62 is brought into contact with the house pipe 80. Thereby, the house pipe 80 is sandwiched between the protruded part and a base member 2 or a regulating part 560 and these slide members 50 and 50 can be fixed at a prescribed position and the recessed part 62 is faced to the house pipe 80. As a result, fixing state of these slide members 50 and 500 can be released and the joint member 5 can readily be pressed down along the house pipe 80.
