PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the sewing of a sewing device without depending on the skill of an operator and a maintainer. SOLUTION: Sewing machine operators send sewing parameter data or malfunction data set in sewing machines 10, 11, 12 to a service department 25 of a maker through the Internet 14. The service department analyzes data sent, obtains an optimum value of the sewing parameters or prepares a malfunction analysis data, and delivers to the sewing machines through the Internet. In this configuration, as sewing service data including the sewing parameters and the malfunction analysis data are prepared in a department specializing in that work, an optimum sewing system can be constructed without depending on the degree of mastery of an operator or maintainer. |
