<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of dust in a tower-shaped vessel. SOLUTION: The tower-shaped vessel 7 has an inlet part 8 provided at the top part, a gas outlet 9 provide at one side of the lower end part and spray nozzles 10 provided at the upper part. A preduster 18 is connected to the upper part of the inlet part 8 of the tower-shaped vessel 7. In the preduster 18, a downward drift plate 22 is provided on the way of a pipe passage 19 having an inlet 20 and an outlet 21. A downward flow passage 23 is provided at the inlet 20 side of the drift plate 22, and an upward flow passage 24 is provided at the outlet 21 side of the drift plate 22. A rectifying plate 26 is provided at a part of the outlet 21. The exhaust gas 2 is made to pass through the preduster 18 so as to separate dust 15 from the gas, and then the exhaust gas is introduced into the tower-shaped vessel 7. Thereby, the exhaust gas containing a small amount of dust flows into the tower-shaped vessel 7.</p> |
