PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing wheel enabling polishing work by easily replacing only an abrasive sheet without disposing a cylinder wheel. SOLUTION: This abrasive wheel is constituted by mounting a lower base material with a Hook-and-Loop fastener attached on it on an overall surface of an outer periphery of the cylinder wheel, providing a Hook-and-Loop fastener to be engaged with the above fastener on the bottom surface side as well as in length equivalent to outer peripheral length against the above lower base material, engaging and fastening an upper base material constituted by forming it into an abrasive body having no abrasive grains in a range of 10%-50% of a total area at an end edge point on the upper surface side and adhering the abrasive sheet for supplement furnished with the abrasive grains separately on a space point having no abrasive grains thereafter.
