PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method for a contaminated liquid of cleaning which rapidly, efficiently and cost effectively subjects the contaminated liquid of cleaning to regeneration treatment and regeneration treatment equipment for the contaminated liquid of cleaning which is of a small scale and is installable at a cleaning device body or near the cleaning device body. SOLUTION: At least >=1 kind of a fermentation liquid, carbonate, chloride, oxide and surfactant are added as an adsorbent to the contaminated liquid of cleaning to settle and separate away the pollutants in the contaminated liquid of cleaning. The supernatant liquid is recovered and is recycled as the regenerated cleaning liquid.
