PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet collision device provided with a circulation system capable of preventing mixing of a material to a supernatant recovered and utilized. SOLUTION: The jet collision device having at least a pair of nozzle means jetting liquid mixing slurry streams at high speed and at a predetermined angle into collision to each other to atomize the object material, comprises a material tank communicating with an inner chamber of the device in a closed system, storing the slurry mixture of an object material for feeding to each nozzle means and recollecting the slurry mixture after collision, a material feeding means for feeding a high concentration slurry from a sedimentation layer of the object material at a lower side of the tank to respective material introducing port of the nozzle means, a pressurizing means for pressurizing a fluid from a supernatant layer at an upper side of the tank to feed to respective mixing fluid introducing port of the nozzle means, and a filter member for separating the mixing fluid into the sedimentation layer and the supernatant layer by selectively permeating the mixing fluid upwardly.
