PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new suitable seasoning liquid for a pickled Ume (Japanese apricot) suitably utilizable for production, or the like, of a food material of an Ume taste or a solidified material of Ume flesh and to provide a method and an apparatus for producing the solidified material. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the solidified material of the seasoning liquid for the pickled Ume is equipped with feeding parts for feeding the seasoning liquid or Ume flesh subjected to disposal treatment, a rotating heating roll drying device for transporting a mixture received from the feeding parts in a state sticking to the surface thereof and drying the mixture, scrapers for scraping off the solidified material such as a powdery or a kneaded material dried on the surface of the rotating heating roll and recovering parts for recovering the scraped solidified material such as the kneaded material. |
