PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a garlic-containing food with a sufficiently suppressed garlic odor without carrying out a deodorizing treatment of the garlic. SOLUTION: This garlic-containing food with the suppressed garlic odor is obtained by hermetically sealing the food in a filmlike or a sheetlike oxygen absorbing laminated packaging material in which at least a part comprises an oxygen barrier layer, an oxygen absorbing layer and a sealant layer from the outside as the minimum constituent elements and then carrying out heat treatment. |
