PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a function necessary for intensive care by removably mounting an ICU unit in a simple cage. SOLUTION: A long lateral casing 2 is mounted at a prescribed position of a transparent flat plate material 1. A Peltier cooling unit 3, an air cleaner 4, a heater 5 and an oxygen valve 6 are laterally sequentially disposed in this order in the casing 2. A heat absorption fan 7 is disposed on the back surface side substantially corresponding to the valve 6 at the downstream side of the heater 5.
