PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair for nursing equipped with a structure by which a patient can easily transfer from a bed to the wheelchair and also, can easily transfer from the wheelchair to the bed, and in addition, can easily use toilet or the like, and take a shower without getting up from the wheelchair. SOLUTION: The rear side of this wheelchair for nursing is opened so that a portable toilet can be inserted in a space under a seat section (5). Also, a required defecation hole (52) for using toilet is provided at the center of the sheet-form seat section (5). At the same time, armrest sections (4) are laid in a manner to become flush with the seat section surface. Then, a slip board (9) having means (93, 94 and 95) which are detachable from the armrest sections (4) are provided.
