PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester so designed as to enable a reaping belt (40) to be exchanged readily in a farming field even in case of needing to exchange the reaping belt (40) driving a reaping unit (8) due to any trouble in the farming field, so as to greatly improve its maintainability. SOLUTION: This combine harvester has the reaping belt (40) for transmitting reaping driving power to the reaping unit (8) and a horizontal support shaft (32) for supporting the reaping unit (8) in a horizontally turnable manner. Maintenance or the like of the respective units of the combine harvester is characterized by being conducted according to the following way: the reaping unit (8) is supported on a cylindrical shaft (12) and made to ascend/descend about the shaft (12), and moved around the horizontal support shaft (32) and horizontally turned left sideways of the machine body to set the front side of a threshing unit (4) and the left side of a steering seat (18) open.
