The present invention relates to a low dielectric insulating film which is manufactured with a binder resin in which a porous supermolecule is introduced into a measuring chain, and a display device including the dielectric insulating film. The organic insulating film of the present invention has a low dielectric constant value, and thus is utilized as a protective layer for protecting a TFT of the display device, a layer insulating film or a bank layer, thereby reducing power consumption. In addition, the adhesive strength for a base is improved, and thus it can be stably attached to the base. The pattern of an organic insulating film can be formed with a low quantity of light, and folding and/or bending stress is low, and thus it can be utilized as a flexible display device. |
