The present invention relates to an injection-molded product with a magnetic patterned security element and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an injection-molded product with a magnetic patterned security element and a manufacturing method thereof, which let a product include a security element having a unique magnetic pattern to make it easier to check if the product is authentic and to provide a differentiated design element. In the injection-molded product with a security image formed inside according to the present invention, the security image comprises: a printing base material layer; a printing layer formed on the surface of the printing base material layer to include one or more security images; and a primer coating layer formed on the printing layer. The security image is made from magnetic ink materials, and includes a magnetic pattern formed by an external magnetic element. According to the present invention, since a product includes a magnetic patterned security element, a user can check if the product is authentic. In addition, since the magnetic patterned security element is included in the product and cannot be damaged, the reliability of the product can be greatly improved.
