The present invention relates to an antifouling transparent paint composition. More specifically, the antifouling transparent paint composition of the present invention includes: 40.0-50.0 wt% of a modified acryl polyol resin; 5.0-10.0 wt% of a silicone-modified acryl polyol resin; 0.1-5.0 wt% of nanosilica; 30.0-40.0 wt% of an aromatic hydrocarbon-based solvent; 10.0-15.0 wt% of a ketone-based solvent; and 1.0-5.0 wt% of an ester-based solvent.
