PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative rubber band capable of being easily manufactured and preventing the occurrence of looseness in the bound state of a person's hair even when used to bind up his or her hair. SOLUTION: During the mutual connection of both ends (23 and 24) of a core rubber (22)-equipped braid (20)constituted by making the core rubber (22) covered with a braid cover (21) constituted by braiding fibers in a braid shape, both of the two ends (23 and 24) of the braid 20 are connected to each other after each of the ends (23 and 24) is inserted below a section continuing into the other end, for the purpose of constituting two pseudo-band sections (11 and 12) continuing into each other.
