PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof wire harness whose coated electric wire is excellent in flexibility, in which waterproofness between an electric wire coating material and a mold resin is good, and whose terminal connection part has excellent waterproofness.SOLUTION: A waterproof wire harness 1 includes a mold part 5 in which a connection part of an electric wire with a terminal where a metallic terminal 3 is connected to a terminal of a silicone coated wire 2 is buried in a mold resin. The metallic terminal 3 includes a caulking part 31, a terminal part 32 and an intermediate part 33. The mold part 5 covers the caulking part 31 and the intermediate part 33, and the terminal part 32 is exposed and formed outside from the mold part 5. A waterproof layer 6 for preventing water from intruding into the electric wire from a conductor 22 is formed on the caulking part 31. A water cut-off layer 7 for preventing water from intruding into the side of the terminal part 3 from the side of the coated electric wire 2 is formed on the intermediate part 33 of the metallic terminal 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
