PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for mixing powdery solidifying material in which simple equipment manufactured at a low cost can be used and the powdery solidifying material can homogeneously be added by a fixed amount and is prevented from being discharged to the atmosphere as fine particles. SOLUTION: This system comprises a measuring unit 11 for measuring the weight of the solidifying material of a solid state and supplying it to a powder supplying unit 12, the unit 12 for cutting out the supplied solidifying material continuously by a fixed amount while the back pressure is prevented from being generated when the supplied solidifying material is transferred pneumatically, a solidifying material adding unit 13 for forcibly injecting the cut-out solidifying material of the solid state into muddy soil or the like in the middle of forcible transfer together with a small quantity of high pressure water by spouting the high pressure water into the vicinity of the cut-out solidifying material by making good use of an ejector effect and a line mixer 14 for kneading the solidifying material-injected muddy soil during pneumatic transfer.
