PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for frozen dessert food production, with which an operation efficiency can be compatible with an excellent palatability A both at high levels. SOLUTION: The apparatus for frozen dessert food production is equipped with a raw material tank 8 charged with the raw materials 24 of frozen dessert food, a freezer barrel 1 which is connected to the raw material tank 8 and in which the raw materials 24 of frozen dessert food is cooled by a refrigerant and made into a frozen dessert food 25, a stirrer 2 with which the raw materials 24 of frozen dessert food in the freezer barrel 1 is stirred by an electric motor 7 as a driving source, and a freezing cycle for supplying the refrigerant to the freezer barrel 1. The stirrer 2 is equipped with an inverter control part 7A as a rotative speed changing means.
