PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely manufacture a UOE pipe having an intermediate outside diameter of millimeter(mm) size or the like without needing the preparation of new dies and also adding new processes. SOLUTION: An O-bending press is operated by use of an insert liner to be applied to the outside diameter of a pipe on the larger side for the intermediate outside diameter.
