PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely grasp a positional change of a range to be photographed of a subject relative to a photographing volume of a magnetic resonance device. SOLUTION: At least, a reference data set having datum points is formed, the datum points 34 in a k space is disposed, at least, on a partial surface of a sphere surface 32 with their covering the partial surface into a planar congruence, the partial surface extends, at least, in the circumference of a large circle of the sphere surface 32 corresponding to the an angular range to be expected the most in the positional change, and at least, a data set of a single orbit navigator echo is compared with the reference data set for grasping the positional change.
