PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate waste in water, time and electricity expenditure without performing a complicated processing by a control means. SOLUTION: The control means (a microcomputer 25) is provided with an operation panel 7 for selecting a desired washing step by a user so as to take water into a washing tub 3 storing dishes, perform a dish washing process, perform a rinsing process by water and, then, perform a drying process for drying the dishes in a dish washer and dryer 1. The operation panel 7 is provided with an wash amount input part (a wash amount selecting switch key 13 and LEDs 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d, 23e and 23f) for inputting the number of the dishes stored inside the washing tub 3 and, then, the control means controls the respective processes in accordance with the wash amount.
