PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft ice cream freezer enabling easy preparation of desired fresh soft ice cream at home. SOLUTION: This soft ice cream freezer is provided with a bottom-closed cylindrical freezer body 1, a base member 2 holding the freezer body 1 at a specific level, a bottom-closed cylindrical cooling pot 3 held in the freezer body 1 and containing a cold keeping agent 30 in the wall part, a stirring blade 4 placed in the cooling pot 3 and stirring the content of the pot, an operation handle 6 placed at the lower part of the freezer body 1 to open and close a soft ice cream dispensing opening 5, a lid 7 detachably attached to the top opening of the freezer body 1 and a motor case 8 attached to the lid 7 and holding a motor 80 to rotate the stirring blade 4.
