PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small cutting device devised to be capable of efficiently and plastically cutting a deformed mold. SOLUTION: A small clearance 16 is formed between opposed surfaces by arranging a pair of cores 12, 13 made to be in outer peripheral shapes along an inner periphery of the deformed mold A against each other. A clamp 14 to clamp the deformed mold A with each of the cores is provided outside of the cores 12, 13. One end part of a blade plate 26 is arranged between the opposed surfaces of the cores 12, 13, and the blade plate 26 is supported free to rotate around the one end part as its center. The deformed mold A is clamped by the cores 12, 13 and the clamp 14, the deformed mold A is locally heated by delivering hot air to the inside of the clearance 16 formed between the opposed surfaces of the cores 12, 13 from a hot air passage 17 formed between the opposed surfaces of the cores 12, 13, and the heated part is plastically cut off by one rotation of the blade plate 26.
