PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a dust box. SOLUTION: A micro switch 47 which is turned on by pushing of a plunger 48 and is capable of driving a DC motor 4 is provided within a main body 2. A slide pin 39 slid by screwing of a thumb screw 31 for mounting the dust box 24 on a main housing 7 is provided in a body housing 7 in front of the plunger 48. Only when the dust box 24 is mounted by the thumb screw 31, the slide pin 39 is capable of pushing the plunger 48.
