PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long stock which can be positioned by at least one side in a joined side comprising a plurality of continuous sides with angle therebetween, to allow the dimensional accuracy of cutting for the folding to be rough. SOLUTION: A stepped part 12 of the dimension a is formed on a base material X to be folded at the position with the dimension A as a reference from the folding reference CL, and a part of a top wall 10D of a base material Y to be folded is joined with the stepped part 12 during the folding. The base materials X and Y are positioned thereby. Since the positioning is performed by abutting an outer periphery (the top member 10D) of the member (the base material Y) itself to be desiredly folded at 90 deg. on a vertically cut part (the stepped part 12), the angle setting for forming the part to be cut off may be comparatively roughly performed.
