FLUID TRANSFER EQUIPMENT AND SWAGE SEPTIC TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cost effectively provide fluid transfer equipment and septic tank which are simple in structure, are less restricted on the places of installation, make simplification possible and have a constant flow rate characteristic. SOLUTION: The fluid transfer equipment which is installed with an air pipe opened into a fluid storage tank and capable of discharging air into a lifting pipe and ladles up the fluid by discharging the air into the lifting pipe to lower the apparent specific gravity of the fluid in the lifting pipe is provided with a return/advection pipe 20 which changes the flow of fluid from the ascending flow in the lifting pipe to an approximately horizontal flow at a point for advecting the fluid in the upper part of the lifting pipe 200B and further changes the flow to a perpendicular direction on a horizontal plane. The return/ advection pipe 20 is provided with a weir 2 for liquid return formed by partly notching the pipe and is further provided with a submerged weir (a second fluid transfer rate regulating means) 22 capable of changing the opening area at the port of the liquid advection pipe.
