PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean a wrapped circular part by removing without force powder of a wrapping material stuck to the recessed part such as a groove formed on the surface of the wrapped circular part. SOLUTION: This cleaning apparatus 1 is constituted of a supply section for supplying the disk-like part to cleaning sections while keeping it in an erected state, cleaning sections 10, 10A consisting of preliminary cleaning and finishing cleaning, an air blowing section 20 for removing a cleaning liquid, a conveyance means 4 for conveying the disk-like part while keeping it in the erected state and a conveyance stopping means (a stopper 36) for temporarily stopping the conveying disk-like part at the prescribed positions so that the disk-like part can be cleaned by spraying the cleaning liquid from the lateral directions while being moved by the means 4.
