PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent splashing of powder by using a slaked lime-containing net basket, to permit passage of only the calcium hydroxide water through mesh and to make treatment of residues possible by collecting the residues in recycling the fine net basket without filling undissolved matter and sand therein. SOLUTION: The upper part of a vessel (1) is provided with a material inlet and outlet (2), a stirrer (3) and a discharging pump (4) and the inside of the vessel (1) is provided with the slaked lime-containing fine net basket (5). The upper part at the flank of the vessel (1)is furnished with a filling port (6) and a mud discharge port (7) and the flank of the vessel (1) is furnished with a liquid level switch (8).
