PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching and detaching an opening and closing body to and from a fixed body by easily connecting and disconnecting component members to and from each other for connecting the fixed body to the opening and closing body. SOLUTION: This opening and closing connecting device C1 is formed by a first support member 20, a second support member 21, an arm member, 22 and a support shaft engaging and disengaging member 23. The first support member 20 is disposed on one side end of an outer frame (fixed body) A, and provided with a guide groove 30 and a support shaft hole 31. The second support member 21 is disposed on one side end of a front frame (opening and closing body) B, and provided with a first support shaft 27 removably engaged with the guide groove 30. The arm member 22 has one end part pivoted on the second support member 21 through a third support shaft 29, and a second support shaft 28 provided on the other end part thereof is engaged with the support shaft hole 31 to be pivoted on the first support member 20. The support shaft engaging and disengaging member 23 is capable of displacing the second support shaft 2 between a first position for fitting in the support shaft hole 31 and a second position for disabling the shaft from fitting in the support shaft hole 31.
