PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for collecting fish eggs capable of readily and efficiently separating the fish eggs such as salmon roe taken out of the belly of a salmon or trout roe taken out of the belly of a trout into a granular shape and collecting the fish eggs. SOLUTION: This tool 1 for collecting the fish eggs is capable of separating the fish eggs, e.g. the salmon roe 10 taken out of the belly of the salmon into the granular shape and collecting red caviare 11, or the like, and is composed by installing a plate member 2 perforated with many round holes 2A capable of passing the red caviare 11, or the like, therethrough and bored at nearly a regular interval. The salmon roe 10, or the like, are placed on the plate member 2 and slid while being pressed against the plate member 2 by an operator to break a pellicle 12 of the salmon roe 10, or the like, with peripheral edges of the many round holes 2A. The red caviare 11, or the like, covered with the pellicle 12 are simultaneously separated and dropped from the many round holes 2A. Thereby, the red caviare 11, or the like, can readily be collected from the salmon roe 10, or the like. |
