PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove bacilli in a bath water fed by means of a pump. SOLUTION: A chemical storing container 28 for storing a chemical 45 which freely releases a hypohalogenous acid by being brought into contact with water is provided and by feeding the bath water fed by means of the water supplying pump 24 into a washing tank through the chemical storing container 28, the bath water is brought into contact with the chemical 45 before it is fed into the washing tank, i.e., before consumption is performed by being brought into contact with the detergent ingredients and residual detergent ingredients in the washing tank to effectively remove the bacilli with the hypohalogenous acid freely released from the chemical 45.
