PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for sticking a synthetic resin sheet while thermal deterioration is suppressed during the metal welding, with respect to a metallic container the inner surface of which is coated with a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A bottom mirror part 14 and an upper mirror part 16 constituting a can body 10 are previously stuck with thermally formed fluorocarbon resin sheet pieces 36, 38. These sheet pieces 36, 38 are separated from the stainless steel parts 37, 43 abutting on the body part. The bottom mirror part 14 and the upper mirror part 16 stuck with the fluorocarbon resin sheet pieces 36, 38 are stainless steel butt-welded to the body part 12. Then, while the fluorocarbon resin sheet piece 46 is introduced from the neck opening and abutted on the fluorocarbon resin sheet pieces 36, 38, welding to adhere to the metallic surface. In the butt parts G1, G2 of the fluorocarbon resin sheet pieces, joint seam welding and ribbon welding are carried out for the fluorocarbon resin.
