PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope visibility moving system for enabling a bright observation by efficiently illuminating an operation field, even when an image pickup range is moved and expanded/reduced. SOLUTION: An illumination optical system is provided with an illumination field moving mechanism 47 for moving an illumination field R3 to be an irradiation range of illumination light by interlocking with the image pickup range according to moving of a CCD 20 within a TV camera 15, that is, moving of a visibility range R2 of an observation image.
