PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain saw with a vibration control device displaying a vibration control effect over wide frequency bands and making cutting bend difficult to be generated when performing a cutting work. SOLUTION: This chain saw with a vibration control device is characterized by providing a main body part 2 for storing an internal combustion engine 100 having a crankshaft 101 extending in a horizontal direction, a saw chain 14 extending forward from the main body part 2, a frame part 4 mounted with clamping handles 20 and 22, and pairs of first vibration control members 6 and 10 and second vibration control members 8 and 12 having vibration frequency bands different each other provided with distance in front and rear directions. The pairs of the first vibration control members 6 and 10 and the second vibration control members 8 and 12 are serially arranged with distance in the longitudinal direction of the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine. The first vibration control members 6 and 10 and second vibration control members 8 and 12 are arranged to be located at diagonal positions at the two vibration control devices.
