PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of paying out game balls with priority to winning related to a specified winning means, effectively livening up a game by returning the game balls, quickening pay out operation of a pay out means and simplifying the pay out control. SOLUTION: A pay out game ball number storing means 53 of a pay out control means 52 is provided with a first ball number storing part 54 and a second ball number storing part 55, and winnings in a variable winning hole 17, a big winning hole 18, and an ordinary winning hole 19 are respectively detected by winning detecting means 30 to 32. Every time winning is detected by the winning detecting means 30 to 32, the information of the number of game balls to be paid out on the big winning hole 18 which is a specified winning hole is stored in the first ball number storing part 54, and the information on the other variable winning hole 17 and ordinary winning hole 19 is stored in the second ball number storing part 55. When the pay out game ball number is stored in both ball number storing parts 54, 55, the game balls are immediately paid out with priority to paying out corresponding to the first ball number storing part 54 related to the specified winning hole.
