PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination game machine by which a game machine main body is made to be thinner, baseboards are efficiently exchanged and a production cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The combination game machine is provided with an outer frame 1, a front frame attached to the outer frame 1 so as to be opening/closing possible, a game board 9 for a combination game, which is attachable/detachable to/from the front frame 2 and a medal discharge device 70 which is arranged inside the outer frame 1 so as to discharge medals in relation with prize-winning. A prescribed number of game balls are hit into the game area of the game board 9 at each game. Whenever the hit is ended, a prescribed pause time is provided and, then, the game is repeated in the combination game machine. A baseboard attachment member 45 for attaching electric circuit baseboards to a position by avoiding the medal discharge device 70 is disposed at the rear side of the game board 9.
