PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and cost effectively provide a novel curtain by improving a needleworking process step for curtains. SOLUTION: A tape 18 made of fibers is folded in long and narrow manner to form a folded groove extending in lengthwise direction. Side edges 16 and bottom edges 17 of a curtain fabric 15 are inserted into the groove to be covered. The covering tape 18, the side edges 16 and the bottom edge 17 of the curtain are sewn by yarns 19 with the sewing machine to be integrated and to form the hem of the curtain.
