PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems such that the use of a manual toilet bowl brush causes fatigue to his or her hand, tends to cause a splash of water, makes it hard to wash a narrow section of a hole and wash off stains on the brush itself after the use, makes it impossible for the brush to drain thoroughly and makes the removal of the stains difficult due to poor foaming of a detergent, such that the cleaning of a bathtub by rubbing with a sponge held in his or her hand makes the bottom of the bathtub hard to wash, and such that the cleaning of the bathtub by means of a tool with a handle also tends to cause the fatigue and decreases efficiency due to the poor foaming of the detergent. SOLUTION: A core rod section (3) for cleaning a toilet, which can be curved while having restoring force, is fitted with the brush (1) and a rod (2) having a proper length. An elastic disk (9) is provided with the circular sponge (8) for cleaning the bathtub, tiles and a windowpane, and the rod (2) is mounted in such a manner as to sandwich a bearing (10) in between. A washing component based on a use is mounted on a detachable-chuck (4)-attached main body (5) with a built-in rechargeable electric motor.
