PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which is composed of a fluoroplastic film based on a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and used for the slip stopper of a syringe and reduced in fine flaw generating a pinhole or the like when the of the syringe is manufactured. SOLUTION: In the film for the plunger of a syringe comprising the fluoroplastic resin based on the polytetrafluoroethylene resin, the film is formed from a coating film comprising at least two layers and the tensile elastic modulus at 180 deg.C thereof is 8×107 Pa or more.
