PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food and drink servicing equipment capable of conveying the food and drink placed on the containers without exerting impact thereto. SOLUTION: This equipment has assorting equipment 20 which is capable of assorting the containers T conveyed to guest rooms by a main conveyor 10 to respective tables. The assorting equipment 20 has deceleration roller trains 22 which are disposed in a plurality in correspondence to the respective tables 4 in mid-way of the main conveyor 10, assorting roller trains 24 which are appearably and disappearably disposed across the each other's spacings of the deceleration rollers 22 and a control means which controls the operations of the deceleration roller trains 22 and the assorting roller trains 24. The control means controls the operations of the deceleration rollers 22 adjacent to each other by the input of the assortment signals in such a manner that the rotating speed on the downstream side in the conveyance direction of the deceleration rollers are not higher than on the upstream side, by which the conveyed containers T are stopped onto the deceleration roller trains 22.
