PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature switch quickly responding corresponding to a temperature change. SOLUTION: This temperature switch is formed of a conductor 26 of an electric favourable conductive material made of copper inside by insulating the inside of a shape memory alloy tube 21 by an electric insulating film 25 for electric insulation and a shape returning spring 23 made of a spring material for shape returning integrally inside of the conductor 26 of the electric favourable conductive material. By spring force of the shape returning spring 23 and deforming force of the shape memory alloy tube 21 at the time of the austenite phase, the shape memory alloy tube 21 is deformed in the austenite phase to open a contact point 24A opposite to a contact point 24B of the conductor 22 therebetween and in the martensite phase of low temperature characteristic, the force of the shape returning spring 23 becomes larger to return to a rectilinear shape.
