PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic inorganic perovskite compound having high resistance to water, and further to provide a light emitter and an electronic device having high durability against water using the compound.SOLUTION: There is provided an organic inorganic perovskite compound which contains di- or more-valent metal cations and two or more cations different from the metal cations as constituent elements, wherein one or more of the two or more cations is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound cation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
