PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional circuit, having followability for the clock signal lowering as the power supply voltage lowers, with an oscillation circuit which suppresses occurrence of malfunction due to lowering of followability in the functional circuit, even when used for supplying the clock signal.SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit includes a current generation unit generating a current for reducing the oscillation frequency as the magnitude decreases, a control voltage generation unit generating a control voltage having a magnitude decreasing as the magnitude of the power supply voltage decreases, and a current control unit having an input end connected with the current generation unit and to which a current is inputted, a control end connected with the control voltage generation unit and to which a control voltage is inputted, and an output end, a current control unit for decreasing the magnitude of a current flowing between the input end and output end as the magnitude of the control voltage decreases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
