The invention relates to the use of a binding system in electrical and/or electronic components such as display screens. Said binding system contains a) 30 - 99 wt. % of a (meth)acrylate copolymer consisting of monomers having ternary or quaternary amino groups and b) 70 - 1 wt. % of an organic bifunctional, trifunctional or polyfunctional carboxylic acid, or, d) 30 - 90 wt. % of a (meth)acrylate copolymer consisting of carboxyl groups having ternary or quaternary amino groups and e) 70 - 1 wt. % of an organic bifunctional, trifunctional or polyfunctional compound having ternary or quaternary amino groups.
