PREPARATION METHOD OF NANOFILTRATION MEMBRANE WITH HIGH WATER FLUX

PURPOSE: Provided is a nanofiltration membrane whose surface is coated with polyamide to increase water flux. The method enhances this property by adding Twin80, a surfactant. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of this nanofiltration membrane comprises (i) dipping an ultrafiltration membrane as support into an aqueous solution containing 0.01-2 wt.% of piperazine and 0.01-1 wt.% of Twin80 as a surfactant; and (ii) dipping again the ultrafiltration membrane into a normal hexane solution containing 0.01-1 wt.% of a poly acyl halide selected from trimesoyl chloride, isophthaloyl chloride and their combination to coat the ultrafiltration membrane with polyamide by surface polymerization. In this method, acid removing agents such as NaOH and trisodium phosphate are added to the aqueous solution in an amount of 0.01 to 1 wt.%.
