PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a console box is provided to improve the aesthetic sense in appearance by allowing a separate front console box and rear console box to be assembled together only with its own structure with no aid of additional fastener. CONSTITUTION: A front console box(1) and a rear console box(2) are assembled together by an assembling structure of a console box. A hooking projection(3) is integrally formed with an assembling tip of the rear console box(2). An assembling hole(4) is formed in the front console box(1). The hooking projection(3) is inserted into and assembled with the assembling hole(4) of the front console box(1). That is, when the separate front console box(1) and rear console box(2) are assembled together, the hooking projection(3), which is formed in the assembling tip of the rear console box(2), is fitted into and assembled with the assembling hole(3) of the front console box(1).
