PURPOSE: Joint of a steering column is provided to be low-priced as having simple and small structure, and to prevent occurrence of noise. CONSTITUTION: Joint of a steering column consists of a first yoke(2) having a first spherical groove(5) that both sides are cut and a plastic spherical bush(7); a second yoke(3) having a second groove(6) that both sides are cut to be connected with the first spherical groove of the first yoke and a plastic spherical bush(8); a steel ball(4) sphere-connected in the spherical grooves of the first and the second yokes. Outer ends(5a,6a) of spherical grooves of the first and the second yokes have 290 degrees, and the steel ball is sphere-connected as being compressed in the spherical grooves of the first and the second yokes. When the steel ball is connected in the spherical grooves of the first and the second yokes, the steel ball is connected with the plastic bush. The first and the second yokes are connected as leaving the steel ball a space, and the axes parts of the first and the second yokes are rotatable together in the grooves as being located on the spherical grooves. The first and the second yokes are movable in 80 degrees in the center of the steel ball. The joint of the steering column forms structure spherical-connected through the steel ball, and has simple and small structure.
